The Melee DPS Survival Guide

This guide exists to help users of the Melee Damage (MDPS) archetype, which includes the White Lion, Witch Hunter, Marauder, and Witch Elf classes, gain a better understanding of how “Pick Up Groups” (PUGs), which are unorganized groups of players, function and how to be successful within one of those groups. State of Warhammer Address

Over the last month or so there has been a flurry of activity in the Warhammer Online community. From the first announcements of a first quarter 2009 launch to an all of a sudden late 3rd quarter 2008 launch, everything feels like it is being rushed a little bit. I have seen this game grow over the past few months as an Elder Beta tester and there is a lot that I would like to get off my chest about Warhammer. Like many things I have read, this too might turn out to be a little rantish, but just remember that I love Warhammer and I fully plan on buying the game, I have it preordered anyways… Continue reading ‘State of Warhammer Address’

What’s it like at Rank 1 in WAR?

In games like World of Warcraft, the only thing you can do at level 1, rank 1 in the case of Warhammer, is to go out and level, make some new friends, ect… That’s all well and good and you can do that in WAR as well but in WAR you can jump right into the exciting RvR. Warhammer Online New Release Date!

Today I got an e-mail from Gamestop, where I preordered Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning, and it said that Warhammer was going to be released on September 23rd of this year! From my time spent in the Warhammer Beta I can say that the game is on par with World of Warcraft right now, but it still needs more balancing and polishing.

Warhammer Online Guild System Heads Up

After watching the Podcast on Living Guilds at the Warhammer Online website, I decided that I would go into the Guild system a little more than they do, and possibly even point out a few things that I have come across via my various connections that they don’t tell you in their podcast. I think I am supposed to say something about a Spoiler Alert here, but this is my blog, so whatever. Continue reading ‘Warhammer Online Guild System Heads Up’

Warhammer Online Sig

I was playing around in Photoshop earlier today and I started to make a forum signature using the Warhammerr Online: Age of Reckoning fansite kit. The background and the character avatar look really good, but the text needs a loving hand to complete this signature. You could also add some more art on the right side depending on what kind of text you put over there. You can see what I have so far in this post and you can also download the PSD to customize the signature to suit your needs.
